We didn’t leave agency life to build another agency. Vantaflow started with three designers asking each other the same question: Why does great branding have to be so expensive, slow and unnecessarily complicated? We started out as freelancers in 2015. Later, we worked together at a large international award-winning design studio, creating identities for businesses across almost every industry you can imagine. We learned a lot there. We learned how the right logo, typography, colours and creative direction can completely change the way people see a business. How a company can go from feeling small and uncertain to established, credible and ready for something bigger. But we also saw the side of the industry that never made sense to us. Clients were paying thousands for long meetings, account managers, complicated processes and endless back and forth. Sometimes, the people they spoke to were not even the people designing their brand. Great branding had become slow, distant and out of reach for many of the businesses that needed it most. And after watching the same thing happen again and again, we decided to leave and build the kind of branding studio we wished more businesses had access to. That became Vantaflow.
